Gosikhurd Reservoir is one of the largest reservoirs with a length of 45 km and an average width of 600 m. It has tremendous potential to be developed as a dedicated aquatic tourism destination. Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation has prepared DPR (Detailed Project Report).
