The Department of Tourism and Civil Aviation (DOTCA) (the "Authority") intends to appoint an Agency to undertake the Operation and Management of Water Sports Equipment, Jetties, Shikaras, House Boats and other tourist infrastructure development at Pong Dam, Nadaun, Bangana, Swara kuddu, Largi, Tatapani therein (the "Project") through Public Private Partnership (the "PPP") on Operate, Maintenance and Transfer (the OMT) basis.
