The Department of Tourism and Civil Aviation (DOTCA) (the "Authority") intends to appoint an Agency to undertake the Operation and Management of Development of Ice Skating Rink and Roller Skating Dharamshala therein (the "Project") through Public Private Partnership (the "PPP") on Operate, Maintenance and Transfer (the OMT) basis.
