The Department of Tourism and Civil Aviation (DOTCA) (the "Authority") intends to appoint an Agency to undertake the Operation and Management of Enhancement of Tourist Facilities at Shiv Dham at Mandi therein (the "Project") through Public Private Partnership (the "PPP") on Operate, Maintenance, and Transfer (the OMT) basis.
