The Government of Jammu and Kashmir is desirous to undertake up- gradation/redevelopment of infrastructure projects through Public Private Participation (PPP) model. The Government has identified brownfield hospitality facilities at different locations wherein augmentation/redevelopment along with their long-term operations and maintenance proposed to be undertaken through a private sector proponent through a Design Built Finance Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) concession arrangement.
